Warranty Coverage:

  1. Hiraya Solutions offers a 180 days warranty period for “open box” and “refurbished” electronic products purchased from our store.
  2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur under normal usage conditions.
  3. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Services:

  1. During the warranty period, if a product is found to have a covered defect, Hiraya Solutions will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
  2. The decision to repair or replace the product will be at the sole discretion of Hiraya Solutions, based on the nature of the defect and availability of replacement parts.
  3. If the same model or a comparable product is no longer available, Hiraya Solutions reserves the right to provide a similar product of equal or greater value.
  4. Repairs or replacements will be conducted by authorized technicians or service centers approved by Hiraya Solutions.

Warranty Exclusions:

  1. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or improper installation.
  2. Consumable items such as batteries, ink cartridges, and other accessories are not covered under warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  3. Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, water, or other external factors beyond our control is not covered.

Warranty Claim Procedure:

  1. To initiate a warranty claim, please fill this form and select “warranty” as subject. The customer must provide a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) showing the product, purchase date, and Hiraya Solutions as the seller.
  2. The customer must contact Hiraya Solutions Customer Support via phone, email or our website within the warranty period to report the issue and obtain further instructions for the warranty claim process.
  3. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack the product for return shipment, ensuring that it is protected against any further damage.

Limitation of Liability:

  1.  Hiraya Solutions is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the product covered by the warranty.
  2.  The total liability of Hiraya Solutions under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Modification and Termination:

  1.  Hiraya Solutions reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect the warranty coverage for products purchased before the modification or termination.
